I offer flexible by-the-hour pricing for events and retreats, but for other sessions, I work with tailored packages. If my existing packages don’t fit your needs, I’m more than happy to discuss a bespoke option that suits your project. This will depend on the specifics of your session, including time, number of photos, whether we shoot digitally or on 35mm film, art direction/styling, post-production, and any additional travel or venue costs.

Every now and then, the goals and budgets of clients might not quite match up with my pricing and services in practice. When that happens, I always try to come up with a workaround that fits both your budget and my pricing, to make sure we can still bring your vision to life and achieve what you're aiming for.

01. Booking & Payment

Once you’ve reached out via email, we’ll discuss your desired outcomes and budget to ensure we align creatively. To secure your session date and time, I require a non-refundable booking fee upfront. Following this, I’ll send over a Creative Services Agreement detailing your session and the terms & conditions of our collaboration. The remaining balance will be due before the photo session on an agreed date.

02. Creative Consultation

During our creative consultation, we’ll blend inspiration with authenticity. We’ll use moodboards and reference images to define the elements that resonate with your style and story. Together, we’ll delve into details like posing, colours, cropping, and styling, ensuring the final images are tailored to reflect your unique brand identity and narrative.

03. Your Photo Session

During your photo session, my focus is on creating stunning imagery while helping you feel relaxed and at ease. I take a candid, lighthearted approach to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. If we’re sharing a few laughs while capturing the perfect shots, I know we’re on the right track.

04. Delivery

Your final images will be delivered via a downloadable online gallery within 21 days of your session (timeframes may vary depending on the project).

I love working with inspiration photos! However, it's important to distinguish between being inspired and being influenced. We’ll dig into what you love about your reference images - be it posing, colours, or composition - and then tailor it to your own style, ensuring your photos are a true reflection of you.

Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking date and time. This fee will go toward your total payment.

The best package for your session depends on the type of shoot you’re after. In the packages section, you’ll find details on which package is typically best for different session types; in some cases, a bespoke package may be the best fit - we can discuss this during our consultation.

I love travelling for shoots, whether it's to new places or familiar spots. If your session is outside the North East, we’ll discuss travel expenses during the booking process and include them in the final fee.
